System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Closing brackets and pair quotas completion no longer exists in php editor.
So if you enter [ editor should insert ], ( and ) and so on. This functionality
completely broken and this is serious regression.

Unable to reproduce with latest build, looks like it was temporary fault.
Will check again and then close or force.
