I've played with gizmo and used MP sample where added long for-loop to see how indicators work. After number of Runs I realized, that there are so many Run Monitors, that I just tired to press "x" to close each of them. Node: Not all of Runs finished themselves, quite a few of them I finished using "Stop" button in Output window
I have changed the behavior of the "Run Monitor". Now it works as following: Run Project_1 -> "Run Monitor - project_1" component is opened Run Project_1 -> if previous run of project_1 is finished -> reuse component, otherwise open one more "Run Monitor - project_1" Run Project_2 -> "Run Monitor - project_2" is opened In common words Run Monitor component will be reused for all run of the same project if previous run is finished, in all other cases new component Run Monitor will be opened I will make this IZ not DEFECT but TASK and assign to HIE for more detailed review for the next release
Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *200904220201* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress) Changeset: http://hg.netbeans.org/main-golden/rev/48cd8408e2d8 User: Maria Tishkova <mromashova@netbeans.org> Log: partfix IZ #162698 "usability problems with multiple Run Monitors"
