Found using GlassFish ESB v2.1 nightly build (Build 20090410-0721) on WindowsXP.

Invoke Binding Wizard plugged into WSDL Wizard -- associated Help page doesn't match with current dialog and 
description should be updated.

Steps:
(1) Right-click BPEL module node Projects panel
(2) Select New > WSDL Document
(3) From 'New WSDL Document' dialog, select WSDL Type = Concrete WSDL Document
(4) Click Help button
