Found using GlassFish ESB v2.1 nightly build (Build 20090410-0721) on WindowsXP.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click on project node in Projects panel (e.g. CompApp)
2. New > Other
3. From 'New File' dialog, select category=ESB and file type=Binding, then click Next
4. From 'New Binding' dialog, click Help button

As a result Help window is opened to page titled, "New WSDL Document Wizard: Name and Location". Although similar, the 
description for the fields do not match up with what user sees in 'New Binding' dialog.
