take a look on this link
https://www.dfwpython.org/pipermail/dfwpython/2007-October/000838.html

the bellow code is from a project ..into a python class

=================================
    @rw_property
    def _state():
        def fget(self):
            return self.__state
        def fset(self, state):
            self.__state = state
            self._dispatch("on_client_state_changed", state)
        return locals()
==============================
netbeans say "First argument should be 'self' or 'cls'"..but it does not need it..I don't know explain...but in the
above page you can have a the anwser..if you are using firefox maybe you ned to acept a security exception to access the
page..you don't need to worry about that..

see you

I believe this is expected. Check with flake8 to be sure and post output if I am wrong. Closing this for now.
