Hi,

I tried it on NetbeansCE (last build) and seems the mnem for Windows
-> and its sub items don't work, but all the others do.

To be sure, do you mean they are not working, it means nothing happens
when you press the mnem key? Please let me know.
Comment 7 Keiichi Oono 2001-11-09 15:28:20 UTC
Yes, it means nothing happen when I press mnem.
The following topics is copied from Bugtraq ID 4482844, I think this
problem is similar with that.
-----
The problem is that the first letter of messages are used for
mnemonic. When we localize the messages, the first Japanese letter is
used for the mnemonic key. But user can not use it. Please get the
mnemonic key from message files instead of using the first letter of
the message.
------
At the other modules, the first character of the message is not used
as mnem. The Bundle.properties has the spcific message which is used
for only mnem key. like:
  MY_CAPTION=YOYO
  MY_CAPTION_MNEM=Y
We can translate YOYO into Japanese and we can keep to use "Y" as
mnem.

Target milestone -> 3.3.1.
Comment 9 Jan Chalupa 2001-11-27 11:57:28 UTC
Target milestone -> 3.3.1.
Comment 10 Peter Zavadsky 2001-12-04 09:29:20 UTC
I tried it again on last build (japanese of course), and it seems it
works at least the same way it works with non-japanese builds.

Closing as worksforme.

Please reopen if the problem occures again.
