It would be nice to have not only static paths for the php-include-path in a project. Variables like Eclipse PDT has for
the include path would be great, so you don't have to add all paths manually to each project and you can change pathes
faster for all projects.

Confirmed; not sure whether it would help you or not but you can add those folders to Global PHP Include path (this one is used in each
project's PHP Include Path), have a look at Tools > Options > PHP.
