it's not allowed to use percentage as border width, but style builder offers such option and generated code that is 
than marked with warning in the editor:

border-bottom-width: 6%;

There's just one units set used the the SB, can be fixed, but very minor issue - P5

Style builder was removed from NetBeans since 7.3
