Currently the core/openide build scripts do not have any NBM targets.
It is not clear what their NBMs should look like since they contain no
regular NetBeans modules. Please decide on the correct format that
Auto Update will support and write these targets.

Target milestone -> 3.3.1.

I think it really depends, because AU cannot distribute 
something that doesn't exist.
