[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ]

Steps to reproduce (assuming empty user-dir):
1. Go to "File > New Project > Java > Java Application"
2. Click "Next", then "Activate"

Expected behaviour:
* Activation progress bar is animated until all plugins are activated

Actual result:
* After a short animation, all IDE becames unresponsive for a while

ergonomics support problem I guess, reassigning for evaluation.

Not that big problem imho, at least the user knows long running task started and it is clear it has not finished yet.
