If an user selects a text in the html editor and starts typing a tag name with leading "<" character the closing tag can be generated simultaneously. If code completion is used in this mode and an item is selected, the end tag is also updated.

Why is it marked as "fixed"? I don't see this feature anywhere.
select a text in html file => surround with tag selection hint is created invoke it => div element is created wrapping the selected text, the "div" text is preselected and edits both open and end tag sections simultaneously.
