Description mclaassen 2009-03-16 14:40:37 UTC
In 6.1, we could highlight text in the editor, hit CTRL-C to copy, CTRL-F to start the search and then hit F3 to do find
next. Now we need to click in the editor or hit ESC to use F3. This is kind of a minor thing, but allowing it to work
from there was pretty handy.

Windows Vista Business
JDK 1.6.0_11

Why don't you just ctrl+F3 after selecting the text to search for? Anyway, having F3 to work from the searchbar makes
sense too.
Comment 2 mclaassen 2009-03-20 14:08:39 UTC
I didn't think to try CTRL-F3. I also found yesterday that hitting enter repeatedly seems to do the same things. So,
if F3 gets added back, then there will be 3 ways to do it. I think that ought to cover it! :)
