[dev sep 27] Often unmounting a filesystem in the Filesystems tab
causes the global Property Sheet component (MDI) to disappear from its
position in the South of Explorer. Same for changing its root. Just
guessing that this is a winsys problem, not sure at all.

I know that this one was first but David started working on the second
one :)
