Keystore Configuration dialog (in webservice configuration - Quality of Service - Secure service) does not accept 
keystore files with other than  .jks (and possibly .p12 - not tested) extension. 
If there is a Location path to for example c:\temp\mystore.keystore , dialog shows wrong password message. Same file 
renamed to c:\temp\mystore.jks works fine.
