When starting Forte CE 3.0 I receive a java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: null error 
at org.openide.xml.XMLUtil.createDocument(XMLUtil.java:117).
I closed Forte CE 3.0 and re-ran the program with the same results.
I will attach my ide.log to this issue.

It's a duplicate. Please remove your incompatible xml parser from
classpath (jdkhome/jde/lib ...). Consult release notes for more
details. Thanks for using FFJ3.0.
