When the IDE cannot open projects (or connect) there appears the message "Not responding" in the middle of kenai
dashboard's first line. Since the user wants to reconnect in such a case there should be the link that can try to
reconnect instead of this "Not responding" text (in the meaning that some kind of refresh is necessary in such a case).
As I think the workaround for this is probably to logout and try to login again which is annoying.

I was thinking about the same, some kind of refresh icon next to 'Not Responding' text. Reassigning to Standa.

System: Mac OS X version 10.5.6 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
