In the Project Properties for a Java Web Project, the Run properties set could allow you to select which web browser to
use for that project.  By default, it would use the one specified in the NetBeans Options, but you could override that
on a per-project basis.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
