Binaries do not contain milestone number. Ex.: netbeans-trunk-nightly-windows.exe

File names were rename to follow milestone naming conventions. Ex. netbeans-trunk-nightly-windows.exe was rename to
netbeans-6.7_m2-windows.exe

Naming looks normal now.
