Java: 1.6.0_10; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b15
System: Linux version 2.6.27-11-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

OK, I believe everyone has met it already but I didn't find the issue, so I will file it.

1. Start ergonomic IDE with a fresh userdir
2. Create a Java application
3. Click Tools in the main menu
4. Try to open Options
-> This is what you see:

This is behaviour that I see from time to time even in older versions of NetBeans. I believe there is something wrong 
with the way we compute the Tools menu.
