Start of an impl in cdev #0106d9e42ffb: project creation support. Still missing: remote -> local mapping for hyperlinks;
changelog browsing.

Now working at least for projects whose root is the same as the Hg root. Could be improved to better support projects as
subdirs of the repo - for these, job creation and remote -> local build console hyperlink mapping will not currently
work, but changelog browsing should be fine. (Stack trace hyperlinking is independent of SCMs; works whenever you have a
similar project open.)

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *200903170201* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
