Description:

[FFJ Build 010712_1 CE , Red Hat Linux 6.2 with JDK 1.3.1]

Step to reproduce:
------------------
1) open XML document in XML Editor
2) select some Attribute or Attributes node
3) at customizer set value with reference e.g.: 'a<b'
or modify att. value with reference
4) click to another field

The IDE throws Warning dialog 'Invalid attribute value violating argument ...'.

Evaluation:

xxx@xxxx 2001-07-13 It is as designed at this time and at this release. But this
could be improved in next release.

XML tree editor is not part of NetBeans since 3.5 version. No plans to bring it
back.
