I tried to create an xml file based on http://gwtruts.sourceforge.net/schema/GWTruts/GWTrutsSchema.xsd through File ->
New File -> Xml -> Xml Document, but unfortunately the code completion does not work. It only shows "No suggestion".
The xml validator works perfectly. I checked the xsd file and it seems that there is no problem with xml schema.

I also tried to create an xml file based on http://api.facebook.com/1.0/facebook.xsd but I faced the same problem, the
code completion didn't work.

Should be fixed in 7.1 dev by downloading the referenced file to a project-private cache.
