Steps to reproduce:
- create new from template Application or MDIApplication
- in both you have JMenuBar , but it isn't visible
- JMenuBar is placed in OtherComponents

In templates there should be new synthetic property "menuBar" because 
of implementing new features some time ago (changing menuBar location 
in form hierarchy).
