如果当前关闭NB时，编辑窗口正好处于编辑J2ME的程序，则下次启动NB后一些与CTRL相关的键将会失效（例如CTRL + /）
如果当前关闭NB时，编辑窗口正好处于编辑J2SE的程序，则下次启动NB后一切正常

If the current closure of NB, the active editor in the edit window just J2ME code, after the next restart NB，
associated with CTRL key will be invalid (for example, CTRL + /， will can't use) 

If the current closure of NB, the active editor in the edit window just J2SE code, the next startup everything will be 
all right
