When I put the netbeans window on the second screen of my dual screen setup, the code hints contextual menu appears on 
the right side of the first screen instead of next to the code hint icon.
If I use it on the first screen it works as expected.

works for me correctly on WinXP, jdk 1.5.0_14. Is it 100% reproducible?

what is your OS(windows manager), jdk, etc. Screen resolution?
