build 20090105-b519

I started seeing an extra level of package in the project tree named "<Top Level>" where the .py file is under. In
previous builds I have before the holiday break, I don't see this level of package.  See attached screenshot.

I don't see how this is a bug. Does it affect something adversely?
Resolving as Invalid. If I am wrong, please reopen with my apologies.
