Description _ wadechandler 2008-12-31 01:33:13 UTC
The "Tasks" window continues to show tasks which the editor reports are fixed. It could be considered not to be fixed
until the document is saved, but maybe in the case a document is not saved tasks are shown again. Not removing them from
the list as the file is edited keeps the window cluttered and makes it harder to use. This could be done rather fast if
the gutter were some how integrated into this. When a particular gutter entry for an issue is removed the issues could
be removed relatively easily. If not that, then document listeners could be hooked to the opened documents when the task
window is opened, and parsing the like could be tied in. Anyways, just offering some ideas to make this better.

i'm switching this to an enhancement as i don't think it's really a bug and reassigning to java team
btw, ctlr+s shortcut resolves this problem quite easily:)

Yes, but with CTRL+S one then has to press it every time they fix each individual issue instead of just going through
the list. It is about work flow.
