start IDE
push shift+F4
Documents dialog which shows up should be according to test specfication non-modal, but it is modal.
seems like a mistake in test specification.

it seems as if whole document window test specification should be reviewed, because document window looks fully 
functional, but test specification sometimes mentions a bit different behavior.

this dialog window must be modal, please update your test specifications
