Please refer attach

Click on Print icon from BPEL design view.

It'll open Print Preview. They are not localized.
Click on Print Options. Most of UI labels are not localized.

All messages in Print UI are localized, see

print01\**\Bundle.properties in soarelease and soa-dev branches

I guess that translated bundles are absent in the build.
