I have Error annotation + badges.
- restart after delete cache doesn't help
- Clean & Build has no errors
- Project works fine in NB 6.5 Patch1

Yes, Clean&Build works OK. But it is *not* trying to build the files in the Test Packages, so this proves nothing.
Compile single on the problematic classes results in error messages consistent with the error messages in the editor,
i.e. this seems to be a configuration error.
