Please see attached image file.
i18n - Message of "Password" is displayed in English.

How to reproduce
1.File --> New --> Template Chooser is displayed.(Select "JDBC Form Wizard")
2.Push a Next button. --> "JDBC Form Wizard" is displayed.
3.Push a Next button. --> "Create a database connection" is displayed. 
4.Push a Next button. --> "Password" dialog is displayed.
The message of "Password" is displayed in English.

Do the message of "Password" come from Bundle.properties?

It is not a Database Explorer bug but JDBC Client module bug which is 
close source module. Closing as INVALID and filing the bug against 
JDBC Client module.
