1. Create a PHP project.
2. In Project Properties, add jQuery library. Result: tasks window is filled with tasks from jQuery.
3. In Project Properties, delete jQuery library. Result: warning hint tasks still exist.

Refreshing the tasks tab by clicking on the "show tasks for all opened projects" or the "filter" icons  will remove the
tasks related to the removed js lib. Perhaps the js lib manager can alert the task tab to refresh.

Libraries are handled in different way in 7.3.
