Userdir: F:\netbeans\userdir\nb2611-elasticIDE-3

-fresh userdir
-open AnagramGame
-File > New Project > Java Application  --> wizard ends with "Functionality not found"

-probably related to issue 153995

the same happens if you open a web project and then New Project > Web Application
