Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200811260201)
Java: 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.5 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
Userdir: /netbeans/70/user

Steps:
1. Open "Tools | Diff to" on some file (for file that path location is long). Choose some file and push Diff button.
2. See attached picture -> location over the panel should be truncated as it is now. 

The file name should be visible.
