I have a sever problem with the UI for undocked windows in a 3 screen (2 video cards), OpenSuse 10.3 environment.
Basically, whenever I try to move the window around by grabbing and dragging the title bar, the window jumps to the
right hand edge of the right-most monitor. This happens for all undocked windows and I experienced exactly the same
problem in 6.1 so this is not a recent problem with this release. Dragging around the main window works just fine.
Basically, once I undock a window and try to move it, it is then permanently stuck to the right-most screen. Not good.

please try turning 'window snapping' off (tools - options - appearance - snapping floating windows) and reopen if the
problem doesn't go away, thanks
