The task scanner shows files in the build preprocessed directory when the  
"show tasks for the main project and for the open projects on which it 
depends" selection is made in task list window.  Since the main reason 
for the TODO tasks is to trigger future source code editing, I think
that only the src directories should be scanned.  I think this is a defect
but may be an enhancement.  This is my first submitted issue.
