Currently you are prompted with a GUI dialog to pick a binding for an action when you first run it, but there is no way
in the GUI to change your mind later. This needs to be fixed, with some kind of Properties dialog.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
