Promoted build 42 installer on mac

1. create sample project (I used display shelf but it doesn't matter)
2. delete the project (and check the remove sources box)
3. Open project > 

You will see the folder for the project you just deleted.  You must manually delete the remaining directory and left over files like licenses and test folder.

JavaFX 1 is no longer supported.
