Observed:
Create some Web Application and add there some servlet. The wizard has five rows with text input for setting name, URL
etc. and when I set Servlet and JSP file too, some error message is written into this window. But it would be nicer to
have there the same radio buttons as it is in web.xml preview.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
