Opening application properties and selecting Build tab overwrites branding texts.

Workflow:
1. change main window title in file
branding\modules\org-netbeans-core-windows.jar\org\netbeans\core\windows\view\ui\Bundles.properties
or startup text in file
branding\core\core.jar\org\netbeans\core\startup\Bundle.properties
2. open application properties
3. select Build tab
4. press OK without changing something
Result:
Texts are overwritten.

can't reproduce anymore since the application branding has moved to a separate window.
please reopen if reproducible in recent builds, thanks
