steps:
1) Right click on a java class and select Tools> Internationalization > Internationalization Wizard
2) Click on the Add source(s) button which will pop-up the Select Sources dialog
3) Select the Sources Packages in the dialog and expand the Sources Packages folder folder node which shows the .svn 
files which are hidden
It should not display hidden files such as .svn folders.
