1) Create new py project where the new py project wizard will open
2) Select py project with existing sources and click next
3) Provide name and localtion and press next
4) In the Existing Sources page the remove buttons are enabled when even their is no values listed under the src root 
folders and test root folders list boxes. the remove buttons should be disables at this time.

This is a valid bug. However, because the invalid buttons don't do anything when clicked, I am reducing Priority to P4.
