One html page that appears on Firefox/IE when JavaScript debugging is started
will not be localized at 6.5.

webcommon1/org-netbeans-modules-web-client-tools-common.nbm/netbeans/modules/ext/debugger.html

The new file has been included into l10n-kit after RC1 (See bug 146058).
It's too late and risky for us. Also the severity
itself is not high.

We will work on it sometime next release.

this file was added to kit on proper date that kit was supposed to be complete
and could have been translated, since a 2 line file, and put back in time.

close as will not fix. JavaScript debugger is not included in standard distribution.
