Similar to issue entered for IEP process nodes (139451), the External XML Schema Document node should be created in
<IEPproject>\src directory by default. Otherwise, IEP will not recognize the resulting xsd file. Therefore, user will
not realize that the xsd file was created unless they hunt through or view the Files tab. This and any other components
created by right-clicking the IEP Project should by default be created in src folder.

In the case of xsd, Stream Input operator in the IEP Editor will not display the xsd as a possible schema selection
unless the file exists in the src folder.
