Java: 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.5 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
Userdir: /Users/petr/.netbeans/6.5rc1

Steps to reproduce:
- open some window with nodes or lines, that can be selected
- minimize this window
- click on it's button to slide the window out
- maximize the slided window
- select some node(s) or line(s) in the window
- make the window transparent (CTRL + numpad-0)
- window is now transparent, but selected node(s) or line(s) remain opaque
