using build 80.
When debugged a py project the watches window doesnt have any watched but when right clicked on that window it shows 
the delete all action where their are no watches .see screen shot.

watches are not implemented yet this issue will be handled when watches feature is put in place

"Delete All" is still enabled, but has no effect when clicked on.

Should be solved with the new debugger when we add it. The debugger is currently disabled. Closing this since there is no point into importing it elsewhere.
