1) Goto create new SOA > BPEL project wizard and create a dummy project
2) Right click the BPEL module and select other > SOA > WSDL From Database click next
3) Provide wsdl name and in this step the wizard should disable the finish button here since adding of datasource and 
table object is in the next step of the wizard.
If the user click finish button at this stage a WSDL From Database file will be created but with no datasource and 
table object and even what is the purpose of having a wizard to add datasource and table object when the wizard allows 
to finish in step two of this wizard.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
