Steps to reproduce:
1) In the py project right click the Sources folder in project explorer and select properties
2) In Sources-Properties property dialog change the Sort Mode under Sorting and close the dialog
3) Now again right click the Sources folder in project explorer and you will find another duplicate menu item of 
Properties.

Using dev build 55 and see the attached screen shot.

I want to let Thomas look at this one.  I went through the code and did not see where the double property is being
created.  I did see it on my machine as well though

unable to reproduce this on latest dev build.
