Request for improved useability for opening recent files (based on Textmate concept).

[1] Recent files dialog be available
[2] Open via hotkey
[3] Shows list of recent files opens, ordered chronologically
[4] Has filter text box area at top, as you start typing it dynamically starts filtering out files that does have the
text within their filename.
