i18n - Message of "CVS Watch Set" is displayed in English.

How to reproduce
1.CVS --> Watchers --> Set Watch ("CVS Watch Set" Dialog is displayed.)
2."edit, unedit, commit" message is displayed in English.

Do the message of "edit, unedit, commit" come from Bundle.properties?

Fixed in CVS profiles for vcsgeneric module. vcscvs module will not be
present in future versions, CVS profiles from vcsgeneric module will
be used instead.

Resolved as wontfix. This bug is fixed in vcsgeneric module, which is
used instead of vcscvs in NetBeans and Forte4Java builds. vcscvs
module is not a part of builds any more.
